The 41Watch website offers 100% online transactions through its e-commerce platform. You can pay for your purchase in full via credit card, and 41Watch can ship your watch to your home or office using a reliable and secure delivery service. Alternatively, you can pay via bank transfer. Finally, the 41Watch showroom and store welcome you for a fully in-person service.

41Watch is a company established in 2016 with three physical locations across Paris and Geneva, selling several hundred watches per year. Customer satisfaction is our constant goal. 41Watch guarantees the authenticity of your watch 100% and offers a 1-year warranty on all pre-owned watches, which have undergone inspection and/or servicing by us.

41Watch has chosen not to be an authorized distributor of any brand, allowing us full independence and freedom, particularly in setting our prices.

For watches purchased through our e-commerce platform, you have 14 days to exercise your right of withdrawal. If you choose to do so, we commit to refunding you. Please note that the watch you purchased must be returned to us in the same condition it was received. You do not need to provide any explanation.

The best way is to bring your watch to the 41Watch Boutique at 21 rue du Bac, 75007 Paris, but you can get an initial estimate by sending us a photo of your watch with all the important details (purchase date, price, any servicing...) to contact@41watch.com, or by filling out our dedicated form.

41Watch offers you a direct purchase of your watch, or a consignment option to maximize your "net seller" proceeds. In certain specific cases, 41Watch can offer firm deals with deferred payments, especially for the most exceptional timepieces.

The commission taken by 41Watch depends on the specific timepiece; it is generally 12.5% and does not include any capital gains tax, which is the responsibility of the seller. Any potential refurbishment costs for your watch to prepare it for sale are also the responsibility of the seller and will be deducted from the net proceeds.

The 41Watch sales team will do their best to provide you with an estimated (approximate and non-binding) timeframe for completing a transaction during the initial contact. Naturally, the listing price is a crucial factor in determining how long it will take to make a sale.

41Watch offers trade-in options to facilitate the sale of its watches.

We guarantee all our watches for 1 year from the date of sale. If the watch sold is still under the manufacturer's warranty, we recommend using that warranty, as any intervention from us would void the manufacturer's warranty.

Whether the current warranty is ours or the manufacturer's, we are happy to provide after-sales service for your watch, with our workshop. If a watchmaking intervention is required (such as servicing or part replacement), we will always present you with a quote before proceeding.

On the simulator provided by 41Watch, you can choose the most suitable monthly payment based on the amount to be financed, that is, based on the total of your purchase minus your personal contribution, which remains entirely at your discretion. Thanks to the 41 WATCH simulator, you will get all the information regarding the duration and interest rate of your loan. The simulations are FREE and WITHOUT OBLIGATION. Our team is at your disposal to find the solution best suited to your situation. You will receive a provisional agreement a few days after reviewing your file and submitting all the required documents. Please note that financing offers are only for french tax residents.

It will vary depending on the credit option you choose. It will be given out to you once you reserved the watch you want online. Your data is confidential and entirely secured. Common documents are : an ID, a proof of residence, your bank details... For non-employees, a fiscal statement can be required.

Usually a few days for a preliminary approval, subject to the submission of all required documents. Our financial partner may request additional information at a later stage. If you would like to visit us in our showroom, please remember to make an appointment. The 41Watch team will process your application as quickly as possible.

You will need to reserve the watch, paying an initial deposit. If your demand for credit would be rejected, it'll be fully reimbursed. However, if your demand was granted, and you decided to change your mind, we would keep your deposit as stated in our Terms & Conditions

A credit is binding and must be reimbursed. Determine your monthly income and how much you need each month : housing, daily spendings, etc...

You can do it partially or entirely, without any costs.

The APR (Annual Percentage Rate) of our financing depends on the timing of our offer, as well as the financed amount and the buyer’s profile. We have negotiated particularly attractive rates with our service providers, and we strive to pass these benefits on to you.

Our financial partner requires a minimum down payment of 25%, which can be made either in cash or by trading in a watch.

We offer financing from 6 to 48 months, and sometimes longer under certain conditions.

All our financing offers have no processing fees.
